I've decided to sort of give my series Retrodawg a makeover.

The overall design of the series will now be a combination of Y2K Futurism and Modern.

The series will still take place in the present day, complete with modern references, but the overall style of the town the characters live in looks like it hasn't been updated since the early 2000s. Touch-screen phones will still exist though, along with laptop computers.

Oscar Pittieman's design will still have the giant blue afro, but he will most likely be given a blue and silver puffy coat and a pair of headphones.

Whitey will now resemble a grunge singer, complete with a greasy shirt, and Vanilla will now wear a crop top, baggy pants, and drink lime slushies.

If my series Retrodawg ever got a comic adaption, the covers for the volumes would be homages to different movies from the 90s and 2000s.

One volume's artwork could be an homage to The Parent Trap (1998), while another could be a homage to Old Dogs (2009).

Hey, if Me & Roboco can have their volume covers be homages to various Shonen Jump manga, Retrodawg could do something similar.

If my company Retrostalgia ever made an animated film starring the Hindu deity Krishna, that would be awesome.

The only downside, though? I'm white. The Hindu community might get offended over a white person and NOT an actual Indian person making a film about a Hindu deity.

So I just discovered this Sanrio dalmatian character under this post is named Spottie Dottie.

I don't want Sanrio to sue me or send me a cease and desist, so I am officially changing the names of Oscar's nephew and niece.

Their names are changed from Spottie and Dottie, to Fetch and Molly. What do you think?iu_1372983_7771457.jpg

(Sung to the tune of Nasty Dog by Sir Mix-A-Lot)

"Back to the 90s and the 2000s!

I can't stop loving those two-two-two decades!

Me and Vanilla and Whitey are having lots of fun!

Everybody knows I'm a RetroDawg!"

I'm currently imagining there being a Toontown counterpart to The Ink & Paint Club entitled "The Flesh & Blood Club", where only Toons are allowed to be customers, while humans are restricted to being the employees and entertainers.

Imagine there being a South Park Panderverse version of David Zaslav, but instead of demanding "put a chick in it, and make her lame and gay!", he would demand "take that cartoon and write it off for tax!"

I know a lot of people really like Hello Kitty, but I personally prefer My Melody.

She's so much cuter in my opinion. She's a cute little innocent bunny rabbit!

I feel like thanks to The Day the Earth Blew Up, Ketchup Entertainment, the film's distributor, has become a mainstream name in the film industry.

Hardly anyone knew what Ketchup Entertainment was until they required the distribution rights to that new Looney Tunes film.

When humans enter Inkenpaint City (the town Chappy and his friends live in), they need to undergo a transformation to become animated.

And when the humans in Chappy's world do become animated, they are rotoscoped, similar in appearance to all the characters in Ralph Bakshi's film American Pop.

Why? It's because if they were in their human form, they would stand out too much, and look unnatural. They need to blend in.
